All deposits are required 90 days prior to departure unless otherwise noted.

Trip Cancellation & Emergency Evacuation & Assistance Insurance Highly Recommended: 

Things happen on or before a tour that are outside of you or the PHILADELPHIANS control. We cannot be held responsible for losses that would be covered by this insurance. Pre-Existing Medical Conditions Exclusion waived if policy is purchased within 7 days of initial trip deposit.

Tour Policies & Guidelines: 

Rest and sightseeing stops are taken at reasonable intervals to provide maximum comfort. We rotate seats daily in fairness to all. No Preference for the front seat can be made for motion sickness, etc. Any person booking a tour must be in good physical condition and may not require any unusual assistance from the driver, escort, or roommate/traveling companion. To assist officials of all nations, please carry proof of citizenship such as a passport or a photo I.D. For your comfort, tour enjoyment and safety, we are a NON-SMOKING Christian tour group. Anyone whose behavior is indignant to Christianity or could be considered detrimental to the safety or comfort of other passengers, will not be allowed to continue the tour. There will be no refund or other financial responsibility borne by the Philadelphians Group Tours, Inc., Grant or Marilyn Beldin, or the escorts. We provide portage of luggage: 1 piece on USA and overseas bus tours over 2 days long, 2 pieces of luggage are allowed on all cruises. A carry-on is permitted and is your sole responsibility.

Non-Smoking Disclosure:

Neither smokers nor smoking anytime or place will be permitted on the tours, nor the use of any tobacco product. Tour members may be removed from the tour at anytime if that person, or someone within his or her control, smokes in violation of the tour rules and regulations. In that event, there will be no refund, neither full nor partial, of the tour fees and charges. The person removed from the tour will be responsible for arranging return transportation, lodging, meals and other expenses or services. Philadelphians will have no responsibility or expense for arranging such services.

Bus Baggage Policies: 

Due to limited baggage storage, we must ask that you adhere to the following regulations:

Carry-on luggage: Total Length + Hight + Width not to exceed 34 inches. Must be able to store in bus overhead racks or under your seat. Absolutely no carry-on with wheels inside the bus.

Checked Luggage: One piece per person not to exceed a total Length + Height + Width of 67 inches and not over 50 pounds. Wheels are okay.

We suggest Ramada Inn at 9707 SE Stark, spacious rooms, continental breakfast and a Philadelphians special rate of $69.99 dbl. Exit off 1-205 at Stark Street, (Close to Mall 205).
